Thank you for your consideration to use our services to search for suitable candidates to fill in the vacant positional your establishment. Further to your request, please find below proposal of our services.


Before we proceed with searching steps, it would be highly appreciated if you could supply us with complete and sufficient information on your company. Information shall include the company profile as well as location/ address, however, a website is much preferably.

Upon receiving information on your establishment and detail of job qualifications, we will start the searching process by identifying your key requirements, handling all the advertising (if necessary), phoning and initial interviewing and only forwarding details of relevant candidates.


Unlike other employment agencies, we do NOT charge a registration fee – it is FREE to register your vacancies with us. We will only charge you a placement fee upon receiving a confirmation on the employment of the staff supplied by Bali Pro Employment Agency.


Our ultimate goal is to provide you with an employee who is an exact match to your requirements. Once you have met the recommended candidates and have chosen the one you want to employ, we will require you to send us the signed copy of working contract between your company and the employee. Upon receiving the signed working contract / Recruitment Confirmation, we will then arrange an invoice for the placement fee to send to you.


The placement fee is equal to one month’s salary of the respective employee.

During the training period, should the employee be found to be technically incapable to deliver his/ her tasks, duties and responsibilities, Management EA shall find a replacement with better qualification at no cost for the same position. A written requirement for a replacement and explanation on the technical in capabilities of the employee should be submitted to Management EA within 1 month from the date of job commencement, otherwise no replacement will be provided. We only provide one time replacement for any technically incapable employees.

Once you have accepted our proposal and decided to use our services, you may forward your acceptance and confirmation by return email to us and we will proceed with sending potential candidates for you.
